Fiduciary – A fiduciary is a person who owes a legal duty to act primarily for the benefit of another. For instance, a trustee has a fiduciary duty to act for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the trust. A guardian has a fiduciary duty to act for the benefit of the ward.
